Music That Moves Us: Nathaniel Rateliff & The Night Sweats

Nathaniel Rateliff is a Missouri-born artist whose folk-based music is slowly capturing hearts everywhere. Rateliff learned the guitar and drums as a seven-year-old and found his sound while doing missionary work and finding his musical salvation. He joined the band The Night Sweats in 2013, which has given his sound a lot more soul with their R& B roots.

Their new album will be released in the middle of November, but in the meantime, we suggest giving their latest album a listen. Their lead single, “S.O.B.,” has already amassed almost 17 million views on YouTube, along with a cool 23 million streams on Spotify and landed them a spot on The Tonight Show Starring Jimmy Fallon. Their soul music revival will be the best to listen to in the great outdoors. Maybe you will find some musical salvation for yourself!
